Sean Patrick Bangert is a seasoned professional in business and legal affairs with extensive experience in the television and media industries. Currently serving as Co-Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Critical Content since January 2021, Bangert previously held the position of Senior Counsel in Business & Legal Affairs at Viacom from January 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting agreements for a variety of programming. Prior experience includes Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Playboy Enterprises, Inc., and Counsel at Reveille, focusing on production and distribution agreements. Bangert holds a Juris Doctorate with an IP/Entertainment focus from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
