Writer's Relief
Gema Mendoza has extensive experience in writing and customer service. Currently employed at Writer's Relief since May 2015, Gema evaluates submissions made by writers as part of an author submission service. Prior to this role, Gema served as a Restaurant Manager at Pizza Hut from February 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries and resolving service issues. Additionally, Gema worked as a Guest Services and Sales Associate at AMC Theatres from April 2006 to December 2011, where training new hires and problem resolution were key tasks. Gema holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in English Language and Literature from Bergen Community College, earned from 2009 to 2014.
