Nina R. has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Payroll field since 1999. Nina began their career as a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator and Conversion Manager for Invesmart, Inc. from 1999 to 2005. Nina then worked as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for Seattle Repertory Theatre from 2005 to 2006, and as a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator for Seattle Art Museum from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at BenefitMall in various roles including Senior Operations Analyst (Payroll/HCM), Senior HCM/HRIS Implementation Analyst, and Business Analyst. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Human Resources Information System Analyst at MMChr. Currently, they are an Associate Product Manager/Product Analyst at WrkSpot, a SaaS start-up streamlining hotel operations and room management.

Nina R. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Nina then attended Santa Monica College, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Programming and an Associate of Science in Accounting between 2018 and 2019. Nina then earned a Certificate in Real Estate Appraisal and a Certificate in Real Estate Broker from Glendale Community College between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they earned an AAAS in Visual Communication Technology from Shoreline Community College between 2003 and 2005.

Nina R. is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
