Lia Silva

Lia Silva is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Development Director and Head of UK Real Estate at WRM Group since January 2021. With a robust network of contacts among agents and receivers, Lia specializes in identifying and leading the acquisition of distressed real estate assets, focusing on re-structuring strategies to unlock capital gains. Previously, Lia held directorial positions at Tactus Design Workshop and Wates Group, and served as Senior Development Manager at Ballymore Group, contributing to significant projects such as the Royal Wharf development in London. Earlier experience includes architectural roles at Allies and Morrison and Mario Bellini Architects Srl, where Lia worked on prominent projects like the Royal Arsenal Waterfront and the Musée du Louvre expansion.
