Andrea Willett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in property management and operational strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Stakeholder Enrichment Strategist at Worth Ross Management Co., AAMC since June 2009, Andrea is dedicated to enhancing stakeholder experiences through improved processes and collaboration with community managers, accountants, vendors, and clients. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Financial and Operational Specialist at Local Dwelling from June 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included conducting financial valuations and overseeing operational projects. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Xavier University, completed in 2012.
