Matt Kopchak

Matt Kopchak, holding CMCA, AMS, PCAM, and LCAM designations, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Worth Ross Management Co., AAMC since March 2017, where additional roles include Vice President of Operations and Management. Kopchak co-founded Property Guard, a leader in short-term rental monitoring, and has held various significant management positions in property management, notably achieving 100% retention of community associations at FirstService Residential and receiving multiple awards for excellence at Castle Group. A graduate of West Virginia University with a Master of Science in Sport and Business Management, Kopchak has extensive experience in client services, business development, and team management across diverse industries.
