Aunyong Hong

AunYong Hong is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in electro-acoustic design within the hearing instrument industry. Currently serving as the Manager of R&D Electro-acoustic Design at WSAudiology since March 2019, AunYong leads a team of over 15 engineers, overseeing the design and release of innovative hearing devices. Previous roles include Staff Electro-acoustic Design Engineer at Sivantos Group and Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Siemens. AunYong holds certifications in project management and Lean Six Sigma, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives, including global collaborations and FDA task forces. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma with Merit in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
