Gurveen Sawhney

Gurveen Sawhney has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2004, Sawhney worked as a Research Assistant at Ethicon, Inc. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Scientist at LifeCell Corporation, where they led research and development projects in plastic surgery and tissue repair.

In 2009, Sawhney joined 3M as a Director of Program and Portfolio Management. They were responsible for leading a large team and managing global portfolios across different regions and departments. Notably, they implemented AWS Cloud and a Portfolio Management tool for application modernization.

Sawhney then moved to Elara Caring in 2021 and took on the role of Vice President of IT Portfolio and Program Management Office. They established the IT PMO from scratch and developed processes and frameworks for project delivery and demand management aligned with corporate objectives.

In 2022, Sawhney continued at Elara Caring as Vice President of Enterprise Programs and Business Transformation. They worked closely with the leadership team to define and execute company-wide transformational initiatives, leading a team of project leads and directors.

Currently, Sawhney is slated to join WSAudiology in 2023 as the Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and PMO.

Gurveen Sawhney's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. Additionally, Gurveen has attended NYU Stern School of Business.
