James Benston

James Benston currently serves as Chairman and Board Member at the Hearing Care Industry Association since October 2023. James has been the Managing Director for Wholesale & Retail ANZ at WSAudiology since February 2020, overseeing the delivery of innovative hearing solutions globally. Previously, James held various senior roles at Sivantos Group from February 2008 to February 2020, including Managing Director and General Manager Sales for AU NZ, where strategic sales and marketing initiatives were developed. Additionally, James was involved in sales strategy execution in roles at Siemens Hearing Instruments from 1997 to 2008, culminating as Operations Manager, managing extensive teams and local supply chains. James is an alumnus of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an Executive MBA from RMIT University, alongside completing the Siemens Ltd Future CEO & Leadership Program.
