Ji Yong

Ji Yong is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in field service engineering and technical support management. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager and Field Services Engineer Lead at WSAudiology since January 2019, Ji Yong previously held positions at Sivantos Group as Field Service Engineer and at Siemens Healthcare in a similar role. Additional experience includes management roles at EchoStar Corporation, Manufacturer's Services Limited, and 3Com. Ji Yong started a career in 1992 as Production Supervisor at Omni Circuit Boards. An educational foundation in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance was established at DeVry University, where Ji Yong earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
