Jordi Planes

Jordi Planes is a Consumer Insights Specialist in Text Analytics at WSAudiology since October 2021, focused on leveraging customer feedback and natural language processing to enhance organizational customer orientation. Previously, Jordi served as Lead Project Manager and Lead ML Engineer at Omdena, where projects included developing tools for data scraping and labeling within an international collaborative environment. Jordi also worked as a Data Scientist at Made in Game and spent 16 years as a Full Professor at Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, spearheading the successful launch of the Degree in Biotechnology. Other notable roles include Industrial Development Manager at HIPRA and Aftersales Manager at Proquimia. Jordi's educational background includes a PhD in Microbiology from Lund University and multiple degrees in biology and biotechnology.
