Nancy Werner

Nancy Werner, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Nancy started their career at Chase Manhattan Mortgage as VP of Human Resources, where they worked for nearly a decade. After that, they joined CitiStreet Retirement Services as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for a financial services subsidiary of Citigroup. Nancy then joined Centennial Communications Corp as VP of Human Resources, where they implemented process improvement initiatives and redesigned HR/payroll functions. Currently, Nancy is Vice President of Human Resources at WSAudiology, a global company specializing in hearing-related products and services, formed through a merger in 2019. Nancy has played a crucial role in managing HR operations and staff at each of these organizations, demonstrating their ability to streamline processes and effectively lead HR functions.
