Carolyn Harer

Carolyn Harer currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Watts Water Technologies, overseeing HR functions across the USA, Mexico, and Canada while being a member of both the Americas Leadership Team and the Global HR Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Carolyn held multiple positions at AMETEK, including Division Vice President of Human Resources for the Aerospace & Defense Division, where strategic alignment of HR with business objectives was a key focus. Carolyn also served as Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources within the same division. Earlier career experience includes roles at International Data Group as a Compensation/HR Analyst and as an HR Generalist at IDC, along with an initial position as an Employment Assistant at Cognex Corporation. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Providence College.
