Roy Ren has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Sales Operation Administration Manager at Monster. Roy then moved on to Convergys, where they held the positions of Senior Team Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing technical support service delivery for Microsoft and Apple programs. In 2016, they joined IKEA China as the Operations Manager of the Customer Support Center, where they developed and optimized operational strategies, managed staffing and scheduling, and acted as a project manager for the implementation of chatbot and IM tools. Since 2019, Roy has been working at WSAudiology, first as the Head of Customer Service and currently as the Customer Service Director.

Roy Ren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering from the University of Jinan in 1999. Roy later pursued a Master's degree in Material Physics and Chemistry from the same university, which they completed in 2006. In 2011, Roy also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
