Tenna Hjermind

Tenna Hjermind is a seasoned professional in talent management and employer branding, currently serving as the Global Talent & Graduate Program Manager at WSAudiology since October 2022. In this role, Tenna oversees talent processes, including talent review and succession planning, while also managing the global WSA Graduate Program. Tenna previously held multiple roles within GN Group, including Employer Branding & Graduate Program Manager and Talent Attraction Specialist, focusing on recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding. Tenna's expertise spans various sectors, having worked at Carlsberg Group in talent management and HR business partnerships, as well as at Lundbeck in strategic HR roles. Tenna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, Tenna serves on the Advisory Board for Talent Attraction at Danish Sound Cluster since June 2023.
