Christine Angino

Christine Angino, CFA, currently serves as an Investment Manager at WS Development since July 2021. Prior to this role, Angino was the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at ALTO Real Estate Funds, where responsibilities included sourcing acquisitions for open-air retail shopping centers, successfully closing four deals totaling over $145 million. Experience also includes a position as Director at MetLife Investment Management, focusing on real estate acquisitions in the Northeast, and serving as Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Brixmor, contributing to a $9.4 billion sale to the Blackstone Group. Earlier career roles include Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at New Plan Excel Realty Trust and Appraiser at Italia & Lemp, Inc. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Connecticut.
