Lindsay Desmettre

Lindsay Desmettre has extensive experience in retail leasing and management, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at WS Development since May 2017, overseeing approximately two million square feet of retail space in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Prior roles at WS Development include Senior Leasing Representative and Leasing Representative, where responsibilities involved analyzing shopping center characteristics and market dynamics. Previously, Lindsay worked at Simon Property Group as a Specialty Leasing Representative, focused on negotiating lease agreements for Northshore Mall and Liberty Tree Mall, establishing rent guidelines based on thorough market analyses. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
