Liz Howell

Liz Howell is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Web Content Producer and Producer at WSAV-TV since May 2013, where responsibilities include producing the morning newscast, Coastal Sunrise. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Digital Journalist at WRBL-TV, reporting for the nightly newscast, News 3 Nightwatch, from October 2011 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a News Reporter/Anchor at Panther News and as Vice President of Recruitment for the Panhellenic Council at High Point University, where planning and executing sorority recruitment for nearly 1,000 potential members was a key responsibility. Liz also completed an internship at NBC News, contributing to the station's website while shadowing reporters and producers. Liz holds a BA in Communication-Journalism from High Point University, attended from 2007 to 2011, and graduated from Avon High School with a diploma in 2007.
