Mike Rief

Mike Rief, PE, DBIA, is a seasoned professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Construction and Design-Build Services at WSB since September 2019. With a robust career spanning over three decades, Mike previously held the position of Vice President at WSB from June 2005 to September 2019, where management of a substantial team focused on various critical service areas, including contract administration and project controls, was essential. Prior experience includes serving as the Field Engineering Leader at Koch Pavement Solutions, managing operations across a 12-state region, and over 13 years with the Minnesota Department of Transportation in various engineering roles. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, complemented by pre-engineering studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
