Cara Coleman, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the human resources field. Cara started their career as an Administrative Assistant at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2000 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined WSFS Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Cara held this position for nine years before being promoted to the role of Vice President, Benefits Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and administering the bank's benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal standards and guidelines, and negotiating contracts with insurance carriers. In 2022, Cara was promoted to Vice President, Benefits & HRIS Manager, where they oversee benefits administration activities and record-keeping systems. Throughout their career, Cara has demonstrated a strong understanding of benefits programs and has provided guidance and counseling to employees regarding their benefits.

Cara Coleman, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Goldey-Beacom College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also earned certifications in the field of human resources. In January 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In December 2016, they obtained the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
