Constance Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Constance began their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 1987. Constance then joined JPMorgan Chase, where they held the position of Vice President and served as the Chief Financial Officer for multiple technology business groups in the Corporate Technology Division. In 2008, they moved to AIG as the Manager of Reporting & Analysis for the Life Management Division, where they oversaw the implementation of the Performance Management Dashboard. Constance then transitioned to Chubb in 2009, assuming the role of AVP IT Finance. Constance managed the preparation of the IT Application annual budget and provided budget analysis and cost monitoring for the CIO and direct reports. Lastly, in 2020, Constance joined WSFS Bank as the VP of Technology & Operations Finance.
Constance Miller earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, from 1993 to 1996, they attended Saint Joseph's University and obtained their MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems. Additionally, Constance holds several certifications, including the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants, the Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the State of PA, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
