Dawn Pool

Dawn Pool has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Retail Office Manager at WSFS Bank since 2018, Dawn has held various positions within the organization, including Assistant Branch Manager and Personal Banker. Prior to joining WSFS Bank, Dawn worked at Penn Liberty Bank as a Financial Service Representative III, performing a range of tasks from teller functions to supporting commercial lending. Earlier experience includes a role as a Payroll Analyst at American Infrastructure, where responsibilities included managing payroll and accounts payable. Dawn began their career at Progress Bank, where progression from teller to assistant branch manager was achieved. Education includes an Associate's degree in Accounting from Montgomery County Community College and a General Academic degree from Bishop Kenrick High School.
