Jason Spence

Jason Spence has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Jason started their career at MBNA America in 1992, where they held various roles including Consumer Collections, Senior Credit Acquisition Analyst, Credit Acquisition Asst. Manager, Risk Management Section Manager, Credit Acquisition Section Manager, and Loyalty Marketing Section Manager. In 2003, they became the Strategy & Control Director at MBNA America, a role they held until 2005. In 2006, they joined WSFS Bank as the Senior Vice President - Director, Credit Risk Management, and later became the SVP, Director of Risk Management Administration in 2022.

Jason Spence attended the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during that time. In 2005, they attended the Kent County School of Real Estate. Along with their education, Jason Spence obtained the certification of a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective in September 2021.
