Jeff Alexander

Jeff Alexander currently serves as the AVP, Sales and Operations Training Development Manager at WSFS Bank since March 2019. Previously, Jeff held the same title at Beneficial Bank from February 2006, focusing on educating and motivating employees to excel in sales conversations. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of the Supermarket Division at Citizens Bank from March 2001 to February 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing sales culture across 12 branches and leading branch management teams. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Management from Peirce College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an exchange program at Buckinghamshire New University.
