Nicola Fryer

Nicola Fryer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the financial services and real estate industries. Currently serving as VP, Human Resources Risk Leader & Business Partner at WSFS Bank since January 2022, Nicola previously held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Bryn Mawr Trust from March 2015 to January 2022. Prior to that, significant roles included Director of Human Resources at CubeSmart and Human Resources Director at Pure Weight Loss. Early career experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at EquiMed, Inc. and a brief period dedicated to family as a MOM. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, obtained in 1995.
