Suzanne L. Taylor has over two decades of experience in IT service management and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently serving as IT Service Manager at WSFS Bank since September 2017, Suzanne leads IT onboarding and application testing for the Beneficial Bank integration, facilitating the onboarding of over 700 associates and the testing of more than 100 software systems. Prior to this role, Suzanne spent 14 years at AstraZeneca, holding positions such as Global IT Quality Assurance Analyst, Global IT Application Service Manager, and Technical Specialist, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance, managing application portfolios, and delivering major system upgrades. Suzanne began their career as an Application Analyst at DuPont in the pharmaceutical R&D sector. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware.
