James Nicholls

James Nicholls possesses extensive experience in IT service delivery and support across multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as IT Senior Service Delivery Manager at Phoenix Group since July 2016, James has previously held positions such as Desktop Support Manager and IT Service Delivery. Prior to this, James was with Trinity Expert Systems as VIP Support Team Lead and worked at Diligenta as IT Service Delivery Lead and Developer from April 2002 to June 2012. Additionally, experience at Phoenix Group from 2009 to 2011 included a focus on IT service delivery. James's educational background includes studies at Bretton Woods from 1992 to 1997.
