Tim MacMillan

Tim MacMillan has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as AVP and Senior Training Specialist at WSFS Bank since June 2014. Previously, Tim held various leadership roles at Citi from 2005 to 2013, including Vice President of Client Delivery Global Product Training and Assistant Vice President of Operations PMO and Internal Controls. Tim's career began at James Stevens and Daniels as a Client Services Specialist from 2001 to 2005 and included significant positions at MBNA America from 1993 to 1999, where responsibilities spanned loss prevention education, recruitment management, and customer service operations. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware between 1988 and 1992.
