Victoria Salerno

Victoria Salerno has extensive experience in technology leadership roles in the banking and finance industry. Victoria is currently the VP of Enterprise Applications & Data Integration at WSFS Bank. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Solutions Engineering, Customer Experience Technology at Collectors Universe, where they led the development and launch of a website and mobile app. Victoria also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Executive Director of Technology, Credit Card and later as the Manager of Shared Technology, Retail Bank, Card Division. In these roles, they implemented Agile methodologies, modernized legacy platforms, and optimized code delivery. Victoria also has experience at PNC and CitiBank, where they held leadership positions in technology and software engineering. Victoria'saccomplishments include driving API design, delivering projects on time and under budget, and reducing duplicate functions and hardware costs.

Victoria Salerno has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from La Salle University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General, also from La Salle University. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Technical Product Management Program at Product HQ in May 2023 and the Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls course offered by LinkedIn in December 2020.
