Ali Ashad Batatawala

Ali Ashad Batatawala is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Wall Street Forex since October 2022, bringing over five years of HR experience. Responsibilities include managing payroll on HRone and MIS, overseeing the employee life cycle, handling ISO audits, managing grievances, and ensuring timely payments for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF, as well as integrating KRA and KPI into HRone. Previously held HR positions at Balaji Telefilms Ltd and Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, along with an IT HR Executive role at Harjai Computers. Ali completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, along with educational qualifications from St. Xavier's High School.
