Rachel Lucas

Rachel Lucas is an experienced news professional currently serving as the Evening News Anchor for WSLS 10, where responsibilities include anchoring multiple evening newscasts. Lucas has also held various roles at WSLS 10, including Morning News Anchor and Weekend Morning Anchor/Reporter, focusing on live reporting, video photography, and editing. In addition to news broadcasting, Lucas is the Owner of Couture Unicorn since April 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Reporter/Anchor at WVVA News Inc., where duties encompassed on-air reporting and production, as well as an internship at West Virginia Public Broadcasting. Rachel Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Concord University, obtained in 2010, and graduated with an Advanced High School Diploma from Giles High School in 2006.
