Brendan Tierney is an accomplished news reporter with extensive experience in various roles within the media industry. Currently employed at WSMV since June 2022, Brendan's reporting skills are complemented by prior experience as an Investigative Reporter at WSAZ NewsChannel 3, where award-winning investigative stories were developed that contributed to law and policy changes. Other positions include Weekend Anchor/Producer and Multimedia Journalist at WSAZ, Producer and Multimedia Journalist at WBNG TV 12, and General Manager at CitrusTV, where substantial viewer growth was achieved. Brendan's background also includes work as a Production Assistant at KYW Newsradio and experience in alumni relations and media coordination. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from Syracuse University.
