Eduardo E. Hurtado R. MBA, CPP® has extensive experience in various security and risk management roles. Eduardo E. currently holds the position of VP Risk Management at WSO Worldwide Security Options, where they specialize in risk mitigation and management, supply chain security, and loss prevention. Prior to this, they served as the Global Security - NASA Security Manager at Hasbro. Eduardo also worked at WSO Worldwide Security Options as the VP Risk Management Consulting Division, where they provided consulting services in risk management. Before that, they were the Americas Regional Manager at Fluenta Inc. and a Senior Project Security Manager at Securitas. Eduardo E. gained valuable knowledge and skills during their time in the US Army as a Corporate Manager. Eduardo began their career in the Venezuelan Air Force as a Corporate Security Manager.

Eduardo E. Hurtado R. has an extensive education history in various fields. Eduardo E. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2017. Before their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology from Antonio Jose de Sucre between 1990 and 1993.

In terms of specialized education, Eduardo completed a BS degree in Strategy Security and Protection Management from Henley Putnam University, spanning from 2009 to 2012. Eduardo E. also received diplomas in Safety Management from the US Army Safety School in 2004-2005, Leadership and Strategy Security Management from the US Army Leadership School in 2006-2007, and Avionics and Armament AH64D Apache helicopter from the US Army Aviation School in 2003. Additionally, they obtained diplomas in CPOF/Blue Force Tracker from the US Army Geospatial Intelligence School in 2007-2008.

To enhance their knowledge in occupational safety and health, Eduardo attended the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) School from 2013 to 2015, specializing in General Industry. Furthermore, they received a diploma from the Active Shooter Awareness School - ASIS, focusing on security.

Eduardo also holds several certifications in their field. Eduardo E. obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Development Instructor from Texas DPS in February 2021 and as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International in January 2021. Eduardo E. also obtained an additional CPP certification from ASIS International in January 2021. Prior to these certifications, they became a Management and Leadership Security Mentor through ASIS International in January 2022. In 2014, Eduardo obtained a certification as an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor from the National Rifle Association.

In addition to their formal education and certifications, Eduardo also became a National Society of Leadership and Success member through the University of Phoenix in April 2020.
