Gina Esposito

Gina Esposito is an experienced anchor and reporter currently serving as the weekend morning anchor for WSOC-TV Eyewitness News since May 2016. With a track record of excellence, Gina is an EMMY-winning reporter who has also worked as a fill-in traffic anchor and weekday morning reporter at the same station. Prior to WSOC-TV, Gina gained valuable experience as a weekday morning reporter and fill-in anchor for KKTV 11 News, where significant stories included the legalization of recreational marijuana and same-sex marriage. Earlier in their career, Gina was a one-man band reporter for KJCT News 8 and held various positions in educational leadership and news production, underscoring a diverse background in journalism. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from San Jose State University.
