Alisa Tilson is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in urban planning and policy. Currently employed at WSP since March 2005, Alisa serves full time at the Chicago Department of Transportation Livable Streets Program. Prior to this role, Alisa worked as an urban planner at URS Corporation from January 2004 to February 2005 and as an engineering technician at Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. from September 1997 to December 2003. Alisa holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University.
