Baris Demirci

Baris D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital delivery and project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Innovation Lead at WSP, Baris has successfully documented business processes and enhanced Business Intelligence infrastructure, resulting in significant improvements in product quality. Prior roles include Project Manager at BIMTEC and Meinhardt Group, where Baris led teams, managed project workflows aligned with ISO standards, and developed execution plans.
