David Samuel is currently a Senior Engineer in Lenders Technical Advisory, Energy Transition at WSP, where they have been employed since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Analyst at the International Hydropower Association from 2017 to 2022 and worked as a Project Engineer at Highview Power Storage from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, David held the position of Development Engineer in Power Generation at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2013 to 2016, and completed a traineeship focused on energy projects at the European Investment Bank in 2012.
