Denis Cutter

Denis Cutter is a professional with extensive experience in engineering applications and technology management, currently serving as the Global Head of Engineering Application Vendor Strategy at WSP since October 2021. In this role, Denis provides strategic guidance to consultants and subject matter experts, collaborating with business leaders and vendors to optimize tools and resources for client service. Previously, Denis held the position of Director of Global Engineering Applications Management at WSP and has been with Golder since August 2010 as the BIM/CADD Manager and Autodesk Trainer. Denis also has experience as an Associate and BIM/CADD Manager at Abeo Geospatial, a Sr. Civil Application Engineer at Builder's Choice Inc., and served as a Director of Design and Engineering in the U.S. Army from February 1989 to August 1996, participating in the first Gulf War. Denis holds an Associate Certificate in Drafting Technician from Charter College, obtained in 2005.
