Edwin Skrobacz is a seasoned PE Structural Bridge Engineer with 38 years of experience in civil engineering. They began their career as a Senior Staff Engineer at T&M Associates, where they developed and reviewed plans for various structures between 1985 and 1991. Since 1991, Edwin has been a Supervising Structural Engineer and Project Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, overseeing the design and rehabilitation of bridges and other structures while also serving as a certified bridge inspector. In addition to their engineering roles, Edwin has been an adjunct instructor at multiple institutions since 1986, sharing their expertise in civil engineering. They hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
