Jan de Boom

Jan de Boom currently serves as the Operations Director Northern Region - Central Europe and Managing Director Germany P&B at WSP since August 2023. Previously, Jan held multiple leadership roles at AECOM, including Managing Director for Poland & DACH, Director for Civil & Infrastructure Northern Europe, and Country Manager for Poland from August 2015 to August 2023. Jan's earlier experience includes being the Director of Operations Poland at PM Group from August 2013 to August 2015, and a Senior Project Manager at FrieslandCampina from November 2012 to July 2013. Jan also worked as a Project Manager at Uticon Engineering Consultancy and owned Macons Consulting Engineers. Additionally, Jan was a Board Member and Operational Director at Tebodin, where responsibilities included overseeing industrial projects and MEP engineering. Jan began the career as a Project Engineer at GTI koudetechniek and as a Consultant at KWA Bedrijfsadviseurs. Jan holds a BSc in Energy, Project Management, and Industrial Refrigeration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
