Liz Scharlau Roling

Liz Scharlau Roling, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in talent development with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Development at WSP since September 2022, Liz previously held the position of Vice President of People Development at Wood from October 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, Liz was the Talent Management and Development Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler, where responsibilities included partnering with HR managers and business leaders on integrated talent management across the Americas. Liz’s earlier career includes serving as Director of Consulting Services at Turknett Leadership Group, overseeing leadership development and executive selection, as well as a brief tenure as an instructor for a course on the Psychology of the Workplace at the University of Georgia. Liz earned a PhD and M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.
