Charlie Lenn

Charlie Lenn, MBA, currently serves as the General Manager and Sales Manager at WST Fab, LLC since September 2018. Previously, Charlie held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Wisconsin Steel & Tube Corporation from October 2019 to January 2022. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Kapco Metal Stamping included roles such as Director of Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Outside Sales from October 2013 to August 2018. Charlie began as a Territory Manager at McNeilus Steel from August 2009 to October 2013. Early career experience also includes positions as Membership Development Associate at De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce and Staff Development Coordinator at REM Wisconsin. Academically, Charlie earned an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Lakeland University, along with extensive sales training certifications and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
