Cy Rogers serves as a Community Program Specialist at WSU Community Engagement Institute since November 2019, focusing on strategic planning and project management for multiple clients. Prior experience includes roles as a SCOAP Case Manager III at Comcare, where client connectivity to community resources was emphasized, and as General Manager at Kirby's Beer Store, responsible for daily operations and budget management. Cy has also held managerial positions at Lucky’s Everyday and Smoque BBQ, developing operations and client relationships, and was an Assistant Production Manager at Metro, coordinating events and managing teams. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
