Kendra Nguyen is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program coordination, communications, and emergency management. Currently serving as a Public Health Program Specialist at the WSU Community Engagement Institute since November 2021, Kendra coordinates marketing efforts for public health initiatives and manages external partner relationships. Previously, Kendra held various roles, including Grant Research Coordinator at Wichita State University, where coordination in research funding was emphasized, and served as an Executive Assistant at Exploration Place, providing administrative support. Kendra's background also includes critical work with Sedgwick County Emergency Management, focusing on public health preparedness and response, and tax analysis at Accenture. Kendra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Wichita State University.
