Amber N. has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding various leadership roles in different companies and organizations. Amber is currently the VP People & Culture at WSU Tech, the Kansas Employment Security Board of Review at the State of Kansas, and a member of the Kansas State Council of SHRM. Amber has a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Human Resource from Friends University and has also worked as an HR Consultant, Adjunct Professor, and Director of Finance (Treasurer) at BETA at Butler Community College. Their expertise includes employee handbooks, project work, training and development, compensation structures, performance evaluations, and HR outsourcing.
