Heather Rathbun

Heather Rathbun is an experienced educator currently serving as a Resident Teacher at WSWHE BOCES since September 2021. Previous roles include Instructional Aide at The Journey Center, Residential Program Worker at The Arc of Centre County, and Preschool Teacher at ABC Children's Center, where curriculum development and student engagement were key responsibilities. Additional professional experience includes positions as a Marketing Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Online Journalist. Heather holds a Master of Science in Childhood Education and Special Education from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Plymouth State University.
