Helen Lou is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at WT Microelectronics since November 2022, Helen is responsible for sales management, team development, and fostering long-term partnerships. Previously, Helen held key roles at Lierda Science and Technology Group, Maxim Integrated, Freescale Semiconductor, Schneider Electric, International Rectifier, and Philips Semiconductors, contributing to revenue growth and strategic initiatives across various sales and marketing functions. With an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Helen combines technical expertise with strong business acumen.
