Fernando Negrão

Fernando Negrão's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer for WTC - World Trade Center São Paulo since July 2020. Fernando previously worked at FGN Consultoria & Participações as the Chief Executive Director, where they focused on business structuring, investor capture, and executive management. Fernando also served as the Real Estate & Development Manager for JHSF, where they were responsible for developing and expanding the business of the Mall Division in Brazil. Prior to that, they worked as the Real Estate & Development Manager for DASA and as a Franchisee Owner and COO & Development Director for Burger King. Fernando began their career at Grupo Pão de Açúcar as a Development Manager and also had an internship at AT&T, where they gained experience in marketing for cable solutions.

Fernando Negrão has a diverse educational background. In 1994, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Fernando then pursued further education in the field of Marketing, completing a Post Graduation program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, Negrão earned an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Business Negotiations from UC Berkeley Extension. Negrão also holds High School Diplomas from both Colégio Rio Branco and Gadsden High School, though the specific dates of completion are unknown.
