WTOC-TV
WTOC-TV signed on the air February 14, 1954, the very first television station in Savannah, Georgia. WTOC has been a CBS affiliate from day one. It is the number one station in Savannah, not only in sign-on date, but in viewers and community involvement. WTOC televises and live streams a total of 6.6 hours of live local news daily, considerably more than any other local media outlet, and well above the expectation for a station in the 89th television market. Supporting that effort, WTOC's elevated "Sky Cams" bring area viewers unique live shots of weather conditions and our drones capture beautiful historic Savannah and the surrounding areas in all their glory. WTOC is committed to community involvement, televising far more Savannah and surrounding area community events annually than all of the other market stations combined. The talented and dedicated WTOC team strives to maintain market dominance by serving tens of thousands of committed viewers.
