Clarissa Karki

Clarissa Karki currently serves as a Planning Producer at CNN, where responsibilities include identifying and booking key news voices, researching sources, creating news graphics, and managing logistics for guest segments. Karki has also held positions at WTOP-TV 10, progressing from News Reporter to Executive News Producer, managing teams and coordinating breaking news coverage. Additional experience includes producing and reporting at WRVO Public Media and alumni outreach at the State University of New York College at Oswego. Karki is pursuing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Broadcasting and Mass Communication, and International/Global Studies at the State University of New York at Oswego, expected to graduate in May 2025.
